Posting rules & behavior ***** PLEASE READ! *****

As we grow, I have found it necessary to put together some basic guidelines for the members as to what kind of behavior I expect on this forum. I would appreciate it if you would read through these guidelines and keep them in mind when posting. Remember, there are good guys and bad guys reading everything here. What you say on this forum reflects on all gun owners, hunters, shooters and collectors. The biggest rule of them all is TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT. If you can do this, the rest will be easy. If you can’t, this isn’t the place for you.

1. Be respectful of other members. It is possible to disagree with someone without getting rude. Name-calling is for children and we are all grown adults here. Act like it.

2. No foul language. We are trying to maintain a friendly environment and such language is not appropriate. An occasional blurb is ok as I know it’s just part of human nature. I just ask you keep it to a minimum.

3. No illegal message content.

4. Posts with racist or extremist comments or content are not allowed. That includes links to sites with such content.

5. No racial, religious, or sexual bigotry is allowed at any time.

6. Do NOT re-open closed threads. Once I or one of my moderators closes a thread, that’s the end of the subject.

7. Do not post the same or similar thread in multiple forums. Select the forum best suited for the topic and post it there. Multiple postings with the same subject matter by the same member will be removed.

8. Unsolicited posts by companies and/or individuals advertising products are not allowed. (Please email webmaster@fivesevenforum for info. on becoming a sponsor.)
