CNC Operator /
Plans and performs a variety of machine operations utilizing computerized numerical control machining centers to cut, shape, or form metal work-pieces to specifications.


Heat Treat Operator
The Heat Treat Operator is responsible for operating the prescribed Heat Treat equipment to specification. Operate heat treat furnaces, induction-heating units, temper furnaces, deep freezers, vapor degreaser, and forklift as assigned. Cleans foreign matter such as scale, rust, or grease from metal parts using sandblaster, solvents, wire brushes, or scrapers. Will be required to acquire job knowledge of induction heat-treating to be able to set up units per written instructions and verify through hardness test, acid tech, and/or glass bead blasting the production of acceptable product. Inspects parts and assemblies before and after heat-treating for conformance with specifications.


Project Engineer I/ II
Engineer needed for new product development. Project management to include proposal generation, budgeting, scheduling and reporting. Product design to include product support, concept development, Pro/E modeling and drawing, engineering analysis,procurement and testing of prototypes. Education and/or Experience: B.S.M.E. degree and three (3) to five (5) years of product design experience, or M.S.M.E. and seven (7) years experience with at least two (2) years of product design and development. Pro/Engineer (3d Modeling) software competency or a sufficient equivalent. Working knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 Standards


Manufacturing Engineer
Responsible for the developing/maintaining and improving the production methods for gun barrel manufacturing. •Assist in production cost estimates, design of gages and fixturing and develop the process instructions. •Specifies tooling, fixturing, gaging and machine tools for use in the manufacture of company products. •Mechanical Engineering degree is desired •Previous technical experience working in metal cutting environment preferably gun barrel production and swaging processes. •Must be proficient in Auto Cad or Pro E •Not less than three (3) years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, with machining and assembly processing experience.


Conventional Operator
Operate simple conventional machines; make adjustments, change tools, etc., as required. Perform change over as required.Develops, records, analyzes, and interprets SPC charts and data and initiates and/or takes corrective actions necessary to return process to control. Qualifies as required production for compliance to engineering and quality specifications. Qualifications: High School diploma or general degree (GED); or zero to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic Shop Math / Blueprint reading, must be able to calculate metric and standard measurements and interpret. SPC.


Design Engineer
Ability to design and implement mechanisms. Understanding of near net shape processes and implementation into weapon design. Solid understanding and application of GD&T, ASME Y14.5 standards. Pro-E proficiency required. Wildfire and PDM Link experience a plus Work in a teaming environment. Accustomed to supplier and customer interfacing. Understanding of production/product configuration managment regiments Knowledge of weapon design and usage a plus Some travel possible Education: BSME degree and 5 years experience minimum


Maint Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanic plans and performs work assignments to include repair and preventive maintenance on production machinery, Conventional & CNC, electrical / electronics systems, and facilities equipment. Seven to Ten years Maintenance experience. $2500. SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT


Assembler / M240 / Weekend Shift
Interprets basic drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets to determine work to be done. Performs a variety of milling, drilling, grinding, riveting and turning on conventional machines or related operations to close and interrelated tolerances. Reviews OCS / OS sheet and specifications to determine machining sequence, tooling requirements / changes and dimensions of finished workpiece. Able to perform simple sub-assemblies. Perform tool changes on simple operations such as drilling and reaming operations. (i.e. sanding belts and grinding wheels) Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications (metric & inch) (i.e. Venier calipers, microhite, micrometers)


Security Tech
Makes security/safety rounds of Company premises. Enforces the system of personnel identification and key control, Acts in the best interests of the Company in the event of emergencies (i.e. espionage, sabotage, fires, accidents, riots, or the commission of criminal acts). SLED Regulatory Requirements (Armed) U. S. Citizenship, Be at least 21 years of age. Have not been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude. Have not unlawfully used drugs. Have passed a pre-employment drug test. Have not been discharged from military service with other than honorable conditions, Have successfully completed any other requirements inposed by South Carolina Code of Laws Title 40, Chapter 18 or South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.


Assembly M16/M249
M16/M249 Assemblers are responsible for operating machines and performing assemblies to obtain final product. Able to perform simple sub-assemblies Interprets basic drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets to determine work to be done. Reviews OCS / OS sheet and specifications to determine machining sequence, tooling requirements / changes and dimensions of finished work piece. Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications (metric & inch) (i.e. Venier calipers, microhite, micrometers) Performs preventative maintenance as required.


Maint. Facilities Tech
Performs general to advanced work assignments such as lubricating and cleaning machines and equipment. Works from basic knowledge, sketches, diagrams and operations manuals to repair and maintain physical plan, production and ship support machinery and equipment, to include but not limited to machines, motors, tools, conveyor systems, production equipment, plant vehicles, and electrical equipment. EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: High school or equivalent and approved apprentice program or associates degree in MET, MIT, or HVAC. Minimum two years previous work experience in an industrial or commercial setting requiring general maintenance functions (i.e., mechanics, facilities/utilities mechanic or electrical).


Quality Engineer
Three or more years experience as a hands-on Quality Engineer Manufacturing and Assembly operations. BSME preferred Black Belt certification preferred Performs all quality-related duties to support manufacturing to include Print Review, Quality Assurance Plans, First Articles, Capability Studies, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Preventive and Corrective Action Analysis. Proficient with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Proficient in Auto Cad, Pro-E or equivalent. Well developed written and oral communication skills Experienced in Continuous Improvement activities to include Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Supports ISO 9001-2000 Certification requirements


Process Welding Engineer
BS Degree in Welding engineering or Mechanical engineering. Min 5 years exp in Welding Environment. Hands on exp with GMAW and GTAW of carbon and low alloy steels. Knowledge of AWS, ASME, and MIL SPECS. Solid experience in TACOM 12479550 and MIL-STD-1261 and other related specs.Proficient in AutoCAD. Pro-E experience a plus. Robotics experience a plus


QA Engineer
Three or more years experience as a hands-on Quality Engineer Manufacturing and Assembly operations.
