FNH USA

1 Q: How do I order an FNH USA catalog?
A: Follow this link or call 703-288-1292, ext. 152.

2 Q: Do you give tours of the FN factory?
A: FNH USA does not offer factory tours at this time.

3 Q: Can I buy an FNH USA firearm directly from the factory?
A: In compliance with federal, state and local laws, FNH USA does not sell firearms or ammunition consumer direct. FNH USA firearms must be purchased through your local FNH USA retail dealer.

4 Q: Where can I get parts for my FNH USA firearm?
A: FNH USA parts are distributed by the FNH USA Service center. Contact them at 800-635-1321.

5 Q: How can I get an instruction manual for my FNH USA firearm? Will FNH USA replace the one I lost?
A: FNH USA has many of our owner’s manuals available online for free download. If you do not find the manual you need available for download, or if you prefer a printed version of an owner’s manual, please contact FNH USA Customer Support at 703-288-1292, ext. 152.

6 Q: How do I ship my gun back to the FNH USA Service Department for service?
A: Please contact our Customer Support Department at 703-288-1292, ext. 104 or ext. 122 for complete service instructions. Please DO NOT send your FNH USA firearm in for repairs without first contacting the FNH USA Service Department for prior authorization.

7 Q: How often should I service my FNH USA firearm?
A: The frequency of service required depends on a number of factors, such as the amount of use, range firing conditions, storage conditions, etc. Please refer to your owner’s manual for more detailed suggestions on proper service intervals.

8 Q: What is the life expectancy of my FNH USA firearm?
A: With careful use, regular cleaning and proper maintenance, your FN firearm should provide you with years of trouble-free service.

9 Q: What is my FNH USA firearm worth today?
A: The value of any FNH USA firearm, like all consumer products, is dependent on many factors such as its age, condition, scarcity, current market demand, etc. To find out the approximate value of your FNH USA firearm, you may consult a reliable reference book like the current edition of the Blue Book of Gun Values www.bluebookinc.com. You may also consult one or more of the major firearms periodicals like Shotgun News or Gun List, or you can visit one of the numerous used firearm sales websites online. You may also have your FNH USA firearm appraised by your local FNH USA dealer or by a reputable firearms appraiser. They are often listed in your local telephone directory.

10 Q: Why does my FNH USA owner’s manual recommend that I do not use reloaded ammunition?
A: FNH USA cannot guarantee that the reloaded ammunition you want to use meets industry specifications established by the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Association (SAAMI) or the Permanent International Commission for Firearms Testing (CIP). Because of this, using reloaded ammunition will void the warranty on your FNH USA firearm.

11 Q: I purchased an FNH USA firearm for a specific use, and now I think I bought the wrong model. Can I exchange it with FNH USA for a different model?
A: Because FNH USA does not sell direct to consumers, FNH USA cannot offer exchanges on firearms. Consult with the retail dealer where you purchased the firearm regarding their exchange/return policy.

12 Q: How do I register my FNH USA firearm for warranty?
A: No warranty registration for your FNH USA firearm is required.

13 Q: How can I locate an FNH USA firearm dealer near me?
A: Use the FNH USA Stocking Dealer locator. Enter your zip code and you’ll get a list of the FNH USA dealers closest to you.

14 Q: Does FNH USA offer gun safety or shooting classes for civilians?
A: A: FNH USA does not offer civilian firearms training at this time. We suggest that you contact a reputable training organization like the National Rifle Association www.nra.org or the National Shooting Sports Foundation (www.nssf.org). Your local FNH USA retailer may also help you locate other reputable firearms safety training resources available in your area.

15 Q: Where can I find a holster to fit my FNH USA firearm?
A: Many of the major holster manufacturers produce high-quality products suitable for FNH USA firearms. Visit their websites or review their catalogs to find a holster that is suitable for your needs.

16 Q: I am a Law Enforcement Officer, and I have questions about my duty/off-duty firearm. Whom should I contact?
